City Builds 6 Thousand Flats in 2017

City Citizen Housing and Residental Area Dept. (DPRKP) will build 6 thousand units of Flats in 2017. It is been budgeted for about Rp 2.7 trillion.
Flats will be build in five locations. All land is been prepared
City DPRKP Dept. Head, Arifin, said that flats construction can get into auction progress. Hopefully in the near future, auction progress is done and immediately start the construction.

The five locations are Nagrak, Rorotan IV, Penggilingan, Pulogebang, and Pesing. There are 24 towers to be built.
He added that there are 11 thousand units will be constructed until the end of this year. Half of its construction using multi years budget or continuing last year development.
"The budget for 11 thousand units construction is about Rp 4.2 trillion," he expressed.
He hoped that flats construction for this year will not have problems as before.
"Controls should be run. Supervisor consultant must keep an eye on it properly and firmly," he closed.
